Project description:

Main object‘s parameters: office tower NORD, office tower EAST, 38.000 sq.m. office space, underground parking with 700 parking places.

Scope of project work:

Automated management systems of microclimate/lighting control in all building floors:

  • State,
  • Lighting control,
  • Heating,
  • Ventilation,
  • Lighting management,
  • Management of eastern, southern and western facade outdoor blinds (daylight dimming).

Integrated management:

  • Ventilation and air-conditioning system,
  • Thermal point with two geithermal heating/cooling contours and two heat recovery contours,
  • Cooling station.
