UAB “ATEA Baltic” signed an agreement with UAB “Elsis” to buy 100% shareholding in its daughter company UAB “Elsis IT”. “Elsis IT” is one of Lithuania’s leaders for IT infrastructure solutions.
This transaction will enable the “Elsis” Group to concentrate and increase investment in the development of IT software products and integration solutions for businesses and public organisations.
With representative offices in Lithuania’s five major cities, „Elsis IT” employs over 80 staff members.In 2010, its turnover totalled LTL 37 million.
